Return & Exchange Policy

At DND Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange when:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Tags and original packaging are intact

  • The request is made within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your preferred timeframe)

⚠️ Non-returnable items include:

  • Items purchased on final sale

  • Underwear or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or personalized products


2. Return Process

To return your item:

  1. Contact us at [Support Email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back in its original condition.

  4. Once inspected, we will issue:

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • Store credit (if preferred)

⏳ Processing time: 3–7 business days after receiving the returned item.


3. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Color variant change

  • Defective or incorrect item sent

Exchange Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • Wrong size or item

  • A manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

  • In exchanges, the customer typically covers return shipping; we cover shipping of the replacement item (optional — edit based on your rules).


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2–4 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped yet.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.


7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Original payment method
    or

  • Store credit (customer’s choice)

Refund time depends on your bank or payment provider.
